Have an existing mounting arm?  If it has a 1/4"-20 threaded stud or hole at the end, these are the parts that will adapt it to the Ram Mount ball on the back of the Quadstick. 

You do not need to buy this if you are buying one of the mounting arm kits.  This is for adapting the Quadstick to a mounting arm you already own.
